An homage to the most famous Austrian composer, inspired by the traditional "Mozartkugeln": filled with the typical layers of marzipan and pistachio, covered by a light and moist sponge and glazed with chocolate, this is our take on the genius from Salzburg.  

"Happy Birthday", "Happy Anniversary" or just "I Love You" - whatever you want on your cake we will write it for you.

Regular Size: 12 portions (24cm - 9,5")

Mozart Torte Ingredients: Whipping Cream, Eggs, Sugar, Dark Chocolate, Butter, Plain Flour, Marzipan (Sugar, almonds, bitter almonds, glucose syrup, glycerol, sorbitol), Cocoa powder (cocoa powder alkalized, acidity regulator E501i), Pistachio paste (roasted pistachios, food colourings (E100, E141), salt), Salt, White Chocolate. Icing: White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole Milk powder, Emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, Natural vanilla flavouring.)
